Absolute fantastic company, i had a disaster when i hired a school Hall for my 5 year old boys birthday but no one turned up to open the school to allow us in (still don't know the reason) but all was not lost after the embarrassment of facing all the mum, dads and kids who had turned up for a party, South Lanarkshire council managed to sort out another venue for us. This all took time however to sort out making the party am hr later than planned. Mark our fantastic host from song and dance factory was amazing, very supportive and still stayed on to complete the two hrs i had originally hired him for. After all the stress and worry, Mark brought it all back to oli giving him a fantastic birthday and all the kids were not effected. I would like to give song and dance factory a huge thank you, Mark you are nearly snapped up as a family member lol family all still talk about you fondly. I'm due my baby girl in May and will defo be using this company again. Xxx

Every detail is thought about and they are experienced and professional enough to deal with any unforeseen circumstances. I just wanted to say and extra thank you for Ruby's party today, it was completely amazing and the kids enjoyed it so much. I have had nothing but texts from the parents saying how fantastic it was and how their kids are on cloud 9 and knackered! We had a big hick up with the venues food and Becca was completely professional. The food was late, but she dealt with the problem very well and did all she could to keep my stress levels down (they were soaring!). I cannot commend her enough for the way she dealt with it. The 2 girls offered to start half an hour later which meant the party ran as it should and I was so grateful as the little ones needed some food to keep going. They didn't need to offer, the venue got it wrong, but they went beyond the call and I cannot thank them enough. I hope their days were not put back too much and once again a million thank you's for being such professionals. I have one very happy little girl tonight. Gemma x

Would just like to say a huge thank you to Candy she was an absolute dream with the kids last night. All my friends have been asking how to get her for a party lol. Please send her my sincere thanks, I was seeing to all the parents last night and never got the chance to tell her how amazing she is. I wouldn't have been able to get round the mums and dads and make them cuppas and have wee chats with them etc if it was t for candy... She took the pressure off of us and made robyns party a blast! Everyone was complimenting us, all night, I had to remind them that the party was a credit to yourselfs not us lol! Oh my goodness, don't thank me-thank you!! Beth was truly amazing and the whole concept of what you do in a party is fantastic! You mixed fun and games with an educational focus too and I am blown away that your parties and hosts can cater for children of various ages. Although Maya is only 7 months, she loved being part of the action and happily crawled around and took in everything whilst watching the older children have fun. Beth was amazing and came and picked Maya up and involved her in what she was doing. It was very cute hearing the children chant 'team Maya' (as did some of the adults!!!). I would absolutely recommend you. Such a magical day for my little girlie - THANK YOU!!x

I have been meaning to email since Erin's party. Erin had an amazing time and Kirsten was just brilliant, she held all the children's attention for the full 2 hours and all the mums and dad's commented on what a great time the children had! We were at another child's party today and 3 party entertainers didn't do half the job that Kirsten did on her own.... that's what reminded me to email! She was honestly fabulous and Elsa was the icing on the cake!!
