About Song & Dance Factory
About Song and Dance Factory
BIG FUN. BIG MEMORIES. BIGGER EXPERIENCES.
S&DF Events Ltd is a dynamic, creative and proudly fun-loving entertainment company - and one of the UK’s leading providers of children’s parties and corporate children’s entertainment.
We don’t just organise parties. We create unforgettable experiences.
With a team of experienced entertainers, performers and creative professionals, we know exactly what it takes to turn an ordinary event into something truly spectacular - packed with energy, laughter, music, imagination and moments that children will be talking about long after the party is over.
Our Director, Adele, says:
“Having worked alongside the creative teams behind hugely successful children’s television shows including The Tweenies and Fun Song Factory, we understand what makes children engage, laugh, join in and, most importantly, have an incredible time.
We bring that same television-quality creativity, energy and imagination to every event we deliver - creating magical, fun-filled experiences where every child feels involved and every celebration becomes a memory they’ll treasure forever.”
Adele Rankin
Company Founder and Creative Director
First introduced to our screens in the Channel 4 Television series, "Musicality", Adele Rankin, is without a doubt, one of the UK’s brightest theatrical performers.
Adele has many years' experience working alongside the creators of hit children's television programmes such as 'The Tweenies', 'Jim Jam & Sunny' and 'Fun Song Factory', and following her performance career, Adele launched her own company, which has now developed into a successful brand.
Adele believes that all children can benefit in some way from the performing arts. While some build a firm foundation for a professional performance career, others unlock their hidden talents, overcome their shyness or increase their confidence and social skills.
Most importantly, children have fun through drama, singing and dance classes, while making new friends.
Adele’s professional credits include Principal vocalist in the National UK tour of "The Music of Mamma Mia". Adele also played the part of 'Kylie Minogue' in Europe's Smash Hit Kylie Show… "Kylie Mania".
As a performer, Adele is very much in demand, being one of the most popular vocalists in modern variety theatre. She has recently appeared on stage with a number of high profile celebrities including X-Factors 'Olly Murs', Brenda Cochrane at the Royal Concert Hall, Brian Conley and Bernie Nolan (In Town Tonight), Dean Park (Dean Park in Concert) and The Caledonian Tenors. Adele was also honoured to appear in the Scottish premiere of the Broadway and West End smash hit comedy Defending the Caveman.
Adele’s many pantomime credits include Aladdin, Cinderella, Beauty & The Beast, Sleeping Beauty and Mother Goose!
