I just wanted to say and extra thank you for Ruby's party today, it was completely amazing and the kids enjoyed it so much. I have had nothing but texts from the parents saying how fantastic it was and how their kids are on cloud 9 and knackered! We had a big hick up with the venues food and Becca was completely professional. The food was late, but she dealt with the problem very well and did all she could to keep my stress levels down (they were soaring!). I cannot commend her enough for the way she dealt with it. The 2 girls offered to start half an hour later which meant the party ran as it should and I was so grateful as the little ones needed some food to keep going. They didn't need to offer, the venue got it wrong, but they went beyond the call and I cannot thank them enough. I hope their days were not put back too much and once again a million thank you's for being such professionals. I have one very happy little girl tonight. Gemma x
