Party Checklist

We provide the music, exciting props and musical instruments, a Song and Dance Factory backdrop which creates a magical focus for all the party action. We will also supply all prizes for party games.

You should provide:

1. Food & juice for the children

2. The Birthday Cake (Don't forget candles, lighter and knife!)

3. Party Bags for the guests

Parties with Characters - Important Information

If you have booked a character to attend your party, please ensure you have a room available for our actor to change into costume.

Little but Important Details

Please ensure that the venue address that you have provided (which will be in your confirmation email) is the correct venue address and postcode. Our teams are directed and tracked via GPS to the postcode you provide.

If you know of any parking restrictions/major roadworks or difficult entry for our teams, please let us know in advance so that we can take this into consideration when allocating bookings to our teams.

Party Invitations

To download your personalised party invitations for your guests, please click "SONG AND DANCE FACTORY PARTY INVITATION". You can alter the text to include your name, date and party venue details, then simply print and give to all your friends!

If you have booked a Song & Dance Factory Party for more than one child or to entertain at an event, please click "SONG AND DANCE FACTORY GROUP INVITATION" You can alter the text to include your name, date and party venue details, then simply print and give to all your friends!

How to Use and Print your Party Invitations

Once you have clicked on the red invitation link above, an editable PDF will then open, simply save the invitation to your computer. You can then open the invitations and enter your party details for your guests.

To make sure your invitations look extra good, open the pdf using Adobe Acrobat Reader - you can download this for free by clicking this link http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

From your PDF file, you can either print on your printer, or take the file (on CD or USB stick) to a high street printer (printing.com - ASDA photo centre etc) who will be able to print as many copies of the invitation as you require.
